Pray for Love

Pray for something worth praying for. 

Something that will last forever. 

Something that will make you truly joyful. 

Something that you can cling to

in the final moments of your life. 

 

Pray for something that 

you can keep with you,

from this life to the next . 

Pray for that which is capable 

of escorting you to heaven,

to God's kingdom, to paradise.

Pray for a deepening affection for God;

Pray that your love will grow deeper.

Pray for love. Pray for love for "Our Father,"

Our Supreme Lord, the Almighty.

 

  

The night was dark,
I was on a journey,
not a single light
shone my way.
But because You
are with me,
the dark night
seems bright like

a sunny day.

 

 Oh my love,
even if heaven
and earth fade away,
even if the moon and stars
vanish from the sky,
even if the sun stops shining,
it will not make me unhappy.
For as long as You
and Your love
are with me.
